After purchasing a stackable unit, it was found to be defectiveOwner was unable to exchange, agreed to $refund, as of yet unfulfilled
Fridgidare Stackable $499.00, Purchase date 5/16/Problem date approx6/30/No exchange for months, owner also did not show up when he offered to check to see if it could be repairedContinued issues with finding another stackable (we are limited in space)Finally, refund was agreed to and promised to come pick up old machine by 1/3/Mert (owner) did not show up and has been failing to show ever sinceCommunication has been open and trackedHe was unable to exchange or show up for repairs as scheduled, and agreed to refund us the price of the machineHe has yet to show up to complete this transaction, even after texting that he was 'on his way'He has never returned to our home to solve this issue

On 12/23/I brought a washer and dryer for my son and his wife as a Christmas giftOn 12/24/17my daughter in law attempted to wash clothes and realized it was a leak coming from the washing machineShe called to inform me and I called the owner MertHe informed me that he was getting a new shipment of washers on 12/26/I told him that I would get in touch with him on that dateOn 12/26/17, 12/27/and 12/28/I called the owner Mert to see if the shipment came in and the answer was each timethey should be here tommFinally on 12/29/the owner Mert said the washer should be here in about minutesI said great I'll be there in shortly
At approximately 3:15pm I called Mert and told him I was on my wayHe said okI went I picked out yet another washer and dryerHe told me he would deliver it around 7:00pmI said greatHe deliver

I purchased a washing machine and dryer and refrigerator from this it and he never delivered any of the items
The merchant did not deliver my items as scheduled then claimed to be dealing with a family emergencyI paid him in advanced and he made it seem like it was no big deal that he did not communicate with us My husband waited around or hours for deliveryHorrible experience!!
