I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

The letter that *** (the owner) sent me/you is all lies I am not clever enough to make up the expl***tion of what happened unless it was True!!! *** the repair person DID say to let me have my machine for Never did I tell *** that I talked with ***, I knew she was not available I told her that I spoke to *** in the Green Bay store, and she was the one who said to give it to me for I spoke to *** just long enough to explain the problem, (I was hoping to talk to *** there) She didn't have to "Give In" to me, she was very kind and accommodating Nothing like *** Anyway, what happened, in my opinion, was ***, ***, and *** were all covering their behinds, and skewed the truth to fit their welfare I resent being lied to or lied about, and Most of All, being charged for absolutely Nothing!
I was also threatened in a second letter from ***, to talk to the other customer that was waiting, and listening I told *** that I would most definitely invite her to talk to the other customer If she heard it all it would benefit me, if she heard bits and pieces, it wouldn't help anyone When I spoke to ***, I spoke in a very quiet tone, because I didn't want to sound like a nasty person, yet I felt like I was going to pass out from sticker shock and treatment

I'm sorry to hear that you are this upset over the events that took place on Tuesday.  Unfortunately, I had just left the shop for an appointment shortly before you arrived.  That's why I was not available during that time.  I have not received any messages that you have called since then.
I am forwarding your email to [redacted] who is the m[redacted]ger and repair person in the Appleton location.  So you will be receiving a response from her as well. We always want to make sure that we are accurate in our service and charges for repairs, so I will let [redacted] speak to that.
I have spoken with my staff and I have gotten a very different version of the situation.  There is a lot of "he said, she said" going on here so I can only go by what I personally heard.  When you spoke with [redacted] in our Green Bay location, she did not know what to tell you since she really had no knowledge of the situation and that's why she finally gave in to you and said that she would pay the difference if you really don't want to pay the bill.  It was never said that I would make her pay the difference.  All of my staff knows that that would never happen. 
 Unfortunately, you then went back into the shop and told [redacted] that you had spoken with [redacted] and that I said OK give her the service for $25.00.  You and I both know that was not the case since I was not available.  [redacted] also knew that.  And that is why she stuck with the first answer she received from me.  You had also told [redacted] in the beginning that yes, you did want a "cleaning" but not an oiling and adjusting.  There is no difference...it is all the same thing.  You then told [redacted] that you did not want a cleaning.  No one knew what to believe any longer.
Our charges are $25.00 for a bench fee, $42.50 for a malfunction repair, and $84.95 for a COA.  We finally decided to split it in half even though a full cleaning had been done.  That was more than fair.  
I am more than happy to forward all of this correspondence to the Revdex.com.  We feel that we handled it very fairly.  We offered to keep your machine and have [redacted] take another look at it if it was not done to your liking.  
At the time there was another customer in the shop and I am happy to contact her to verify what was said if you like. I am sorry that this was an unpleasant experience for everyone including my staff.

Now on better thought, If I wouldn’t have had someone waiting in the car, for me for over an hour, while 2 of you tried to screw me, and 2 tried to do the right thing, Even the repair woman!!! I should have called the Appleton police and had them come and listen and decide who was right and who was wrong.

I have been a customer of Nodal Ninja for over five years, and in that time I have nothing but positive experiences with them. I have made a couple of ordering mistakes, and Nodal Ninja has taken care of them each time in a timely manner, even though the mistakes were mine. I recommend Nodal Ninja to all of my photographer friends who are interested in panoramic photography.
