Review: I was told over a year ago that I would receive a refund from [redacted] for services I never received. I paid [redacted] dollars and am owed [redacted]. I was told by [redacted] that I would receive a refund but so far have only received one check in the amount of [redacted] dollars. She now does not return emails or phone calls. She is a [redacted] and people need to know about it. I have been waiting for aver a year and this is just ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I am still owed [redacted]. I was willing to let [redacted] make payments but they stopped after one.

I spoke with [redacted] from the business and she states that she does not have the contract anymore between her and the consumer but it does say that the business is not responsible for a refunds. She did send the consumer $[redacted] check and then stopped sending the checks because the consumer was saying that they did not receive the check, but 2 to 3 months later it was cashed. She also stated that the business is not a fraud business considering a contract was signed and they are willing to pay the consumer. She said that she will be willing to pay half of the refund. In order for half of the refund to be released the company is asking the consumer to write a letter stating that he is satisfied with the refund and no further negative action will be taken.

This business has not been truthful at all. A refund is all I will except. I have tried to contact this company by email and phone for 2 years. Last I was told is that I will receive a refund but money was tight because we were near the holidays. I've been waiting now for the better part of 2 years. They told me I would have to be patient as they need some time to get the money together. If needed I have copies of all email responses to prove how many times I have tried to contact them. I also have copies from the company stating that I will receive a refund. If you need these I will be happy to provide them. Thank you

[redacted] is willing to refund the consumer $[redacted] with a grand total of $[redacted].

First off it was agreed that [redacted] would refund me [redacted] which is what is owed to me. Now back when I talked to [redacted] she told me that she sent out a check. I told her I did not receive it but when I do I would let her know. I called and left her a message telling her that I did receive it. Of course she would realize this once she saw it cashed. I've called and emailed several times but [redacted] refuses to contact me. I would also like to point out that this has been going on for well over a year now. I have proof of all conversations if you need them. I have it in an email stating that I would be given a refund. Now if [redacted] is willing to do a refund then I would like it in one payment. I'm not going to do a payment plan like she was already going to do because we see how that's gone so far. This payment plan started almost 2 years ago and so far I have only received [redacted] bucks. Now I'm only 39 years old but at this rate I'm afraid I will not live long enough to see my full refund if I agree to another payment plan. Thanks
