RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will mention that I was given a ticket and I paid that ticket. The person giving me the ticket used the wrong type of ticket which is why no one can find it. My check for the ticket was cashed though. I would appreciate some coordination with the online app for parking meter usage. Regards, [redacted] ***

The Request to Review Parking Citation application is managed by the City of Indianapolis, and that information is available on the indy.gov website by selecting the "Pay Your Parking Citation" optionThe back side of her parking citation also gave directions to the website, information about how
to pay, and information about how to contest a citationAccording to the violations processing system, it appears that the City of Indianapolis received Ms***'s Request to Review form on October 14th, 2015, although Ms*** submitted her complaint to the Revdex.com that she was unable to submit the form the contest the parking citation prior to thatAt that time, the City of Indianapolis placed a temporary suspend placed on the citation so that more research could be doneOn October 28th, 2015, the City of Indianapolis approved Ms***'s Request to Review and the citation was suspended as a resultBecause Ms*** had already paid for the parking citation, a refund was issued to herThis refund was processed on October 28th, in the amount of $which was refunded back to the same credit card that she had used to make the payment
Parklndy considers this matter to already be closed because the customer successfully submitted the Request to Review form, which the City approved; and a refund for her citation payment has already been issued
