Dear,The issue not solved yet and I did not know what I should send to you. My complaint that was to refund what I paid for the service and I have a copy of my credit card statement indicating what I have paid for the the service which was not a good service. In addition, the owner contact the *** company for no reason and why he did thatBasically, I refused to do the service with him and because I wrote my review on google which was very bad experienceHe threatened me if I do not delete this review he will call *** And I have recorded in my phone. I did my maintenance on the day after on another shop and got approval for my car.Their customer service was very bad I highly recommended that to do not give them A in your website That is why I need to refund my money backPlz do close the caseIf you need a copy of the payment I will send to from my statement.Thanks**

To whom it may concern,   In response to this complaint I have little options to "make it right" I have put a lot of thought into how I would respond I could go through and piece by piece but I feel this would be a great waste of the...

The complaint is not at all how the situation went and the only thing I agree with is that I did tell the customer that there are many competitors and that maybe one of them could help him. We did every service we billed for and if you look at the paperwork he submitted the invoiced page line item by line item is less than that of the estimate the only reason it is higher is from services he added after the original estimate. The customers desired settlement is for a full refund and only having him pay for work completed this is impossible since I have not even been paid for all the services that where performed. The first time I have even heard anything about his parts back was while reading this complaint and a month later now no longer have them.   If this customer believes that work was not completed I would recommend they get themselves a lawyer. That would be illegal and would be punishable.    I am left with little I can do. I will not refund money when in my hart I know this to be a scam. I wish this customer the best in his future auto repairs and I know I went above and beyond all reasonable expectations for this customer.
