If I could give a lower score than one star I would. This store has horrible owners and staff. Most of the dresses are apart of the older collection and they act like they give you a discount but it's really based on their predisposed decision on how much you "look" like you can afford to pay. On two occasions I've had bad experiences. The first was when I was trying on dresses and asked the owner if I could go to a fitting room, she then responds and says "this dress is $700". After I called her out and said "I didn't ask how much it cost, I asked to try it on" loud enough for the other costumers to hear, she replied "well you asked" umm no I didn't liar! My next gripe is with the pushy saleswoman Nicole, she comes off nice and very helpful and more than willing to go the extra mile. But the minute I told her I wasn't satisfied with my purchase and wanted to make a return, her attitude did a complete 180. She told me in a patronizing tone, that the least I could do was say thank you and not complain because she gave me a discount on a $2000 dress, which is false, because the price of the dress listed on the Sherri Hill website has it priced at only $1050, and while I was trying the gown on she said the original retail price was only $900, (another testament to how they make up prices on the spot.) No wonder why they don't allow refunds or exchanges - because they're very aware of the shady customer service they provide. I rarely write bad reviews unless it is deserved, and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. If you do choose to shop here, I would advise you to shop with caution.
