Noel's Car Toys

Review: I drove my car to noel's car toys on 1/12/2015 to have a remote start installed. It's a crime stopper security plus and has good reviews. The man who runs noel's looked at it and said it would be no problem. The electric start worked for about a week and then intermittently. Then it stopped completely. I took my car back to him and he said I was right. He had to get inside the car to start it. He now said the starter I brought him wasn't a good one and he could install one of his own for another 268.00. He did attempt to check what the problem was nor even offer to. What recourse do I have here? I have to wonder if my age and sex have anything to do with this terrible service. I'm over 60 and female. I would appreciate your feedback.Desired Settlement: I would like the remote start fixed so that I could actually use it.

when the customer came to my store I informed her that the remote start that she purchased from the internet was a good brand and I would gladly install it for her, she made the appt. we installed the system for her and it worked perfectly fine, a short time later she returned to my store stating the system did not have very good range but still worked if you were very close to the vehicle which means it was properly installed and her system was a factory defect.. I told her she could send it back if it has a warranty or I could install one of my viper systems that come with a lifetime warranty for [redacted].**.. I told her that the system that she purchased was probably refurbished and she needed to contact the seller.I will gladly remove the system from her vehicle for free so she can return it for her money back or she can purchase my system..but I can not refund my install price because my installers did what was asked and they performed the job perfectly..... thank you so much and let me know if I can help in any way !!!!!!
