I came in to purchase an RV. I was told I would go home with it that day, but we then found out the parts needed to hook up to my vehicle where not in stock. I was told I could leave the car and they would rent me a car to drive over an hour home, and they would deliver the RV, my car, and pick up the rental. Seemed ideal, as I would save myself another trip back to this place. They then found out the rental places has no cars left, so informed us that one of their employees owned a luxury rental car service. After about an hour of calling him, they informed me that I would have to drive my car home and come back the next day to have everything installed. We came back the next day to get the part installed and receive the first tutorial, only to find out they wrote our vehicle info down incorrectly and the part they needed was also not in stock. During the tutorial the service guy told me that most of what I was told from the salesman was a lie and they didn't know what they were talking about. Several of the features I was sold on were not true. He also admitted they forgot to apply the $1300 paint coat I paid for. I was given $20 as a compromise.
They told me they would call a local UHAL to install it for us near my home and they would deliver the RV to us. They said they made an appoint at UHAUL for us, so the next day I called UHAUL to confirm and they said they has no idea I was coming and they don't even install the part we needed.
I was told the closet place was over an hour from my home. 5 days later, the RV was delivered, but it was missing parts. I paid off the loan within a year and was entered to my GAP insurance refund. It has been 6 months off "we are looking into it and will call you back", and no resolution. Every time I call to ask what is going on, they tell me they have new staff and will start the process.
