Concord Mortgage which holds NOIC mortgage has been horrible to work withThey missed ordering my appraisal which pushed my closing date on my mort NOIC home mortgage lender and Concord Mortgage messed up my mortgage application and appraisal First, after talking to my original loan officer they assigned me [redacted] [redacted] was hard to get a hold of, forgot to order my appraisal, messed up my closing timeline I talked to him several times and told him that I wanted to close in I did my loan application on Nov and was told that was plenty of time but he did not actually order my appraisal until Dec I had to miss a family Christmas party in order to get my appraisal done because I thought we would still be able to close in After calling and e-mailing the appraiser and [redacted] several times to make sure that it was to be completed on time I was told by e-mail by my loan originator that the loan would in fact not close this year because it had two day waiting pe

servicing department processed a payment as days late to my credit, AFTER acknowledging over the phone that it was only days late in march, I refinanced my NOIC home loan with GSF mortgagei made both januarys and february's payment to NOIC as usualmy loan cleared, and the wire for the payoff was sent to NOIC on the 30th of marcha servicing employee named BO, stated twice that he received the wire on march 30th, at 4:09pmsince its NOICs policy not to process payments after 3pm, they processed it on the 2nd of Aprilthey then reported to the credit bureaus that my payment was days latei contacted BO on several occasions, and even got him in writing to send me the documentation that the payment was received at their office on the 30th (days late), but he still refused to reverse the credit bureau reportmy issues is this: their policy is it becomes days late at 3pm on the 29th daywhat if their policy was it becomes days late at noon on the 15th day? it w

Completely unprofessional and many issues throughout the loan process
In February we began the process of securing pre-approval for a home mortgage through NOIC Between February and May the amount of unprofessionalism that we experienced associated with this process has been absolutely unacceptable We have had to reach out to our loan officer on several occasions to make sure our home loan was progressing We were given incorrect information and treated as though our business was an inconvenience
Once we had our offer accepted on a home and paid NOIC for an appraisal, it was not ordered We had to wait three weeks and make numerous phone calls to have the issue addressed and get the results of our appraisal

I am a victim of predatory lendingNOIC or Concord Mortgage Group advised me to obtain a FHA loan when I could have obtained a conventional loanThey stated that this was the best option as it would give me downpayment assistanceThey did not advise me that I couldn't do the work on my house myself if I chose this route(finding out later this was false) They then provided a contractor of their choosing whom they work with often to get me through the process since I was unable to use my own companyThis contractor spent $on materials that were marked up nearly 45%He at first was trying to use subpar materials and I refused themAfter days of no movement on a project that should have only been sixty days, I fired the contractorI then went through the process again this time choosing a different contractorI still couldn't use my team so I found oneThey then refused to give the new contractor any draw on the loanSo since June of I have been paying on a loan I never receivedThe house was unlivable until November and was purchased in AprilSo I was paying mortgage and rent at the same timeWhile they were driving me insane trying to get the new contractor approved, I was losing moneySo I went into the property and done work outside the guidelines of the loan estimateThey then threatened me with leveraging the loan to be paid 100% in fullThey also said I breached contractEven after contacting FHA and being sent the proper rules and regulations they still refused to abide by themSo now the new contractor is approved, no money from them was given and he needed money to start the repairsI had to pull money from my retirement and business IOrder to get the task doneThey refused to give any money until the work was 100% completeTo this day I have yet to receive a pennyThe work is 100% doneThey have inspected it and it passed In JanuaryIt's now April and I still am out over 34,dollars and no signs of reimbursementEvery email I get back from them gives a different excuse for rejection of reimbursementThis bank is part of the reason the housing crisis happened to begin with

Ms*** was the loan officer when my husband & I were buying a homeShe spoke with me by phone several times & took my personal information with me being under the impression I would be a cosigner on our loan just as I was when we bought our previous homeShe then made the unethical decision to unilaterally leave me off of our loan applicationI found out too late in the process to have myself addedWe would have lost our home if I had held things up to make her put me on the paperworkShe subsequently asked me to sign away my rights to my home by asking me to sign off on dower rights, telling me it was Ohio state lawShe pressured my husband to get my power of attorney from me when I said I wouldn't signSo I am not on our home loan or on our deedI don't see how it is legal for her to make a decision like that for usWhen we found out, we asked to have another loan officer replace her, but her name still showed up on closing documentsSo in the end, we paid her to do un
