Noir Bar & Lounge

On the night of 04/05/2015 a friend and I visited this establishment. The first issue was the security stated "NO HATS" were allowed which I had no issues and complied with. Upon returning from my vehicle he informed me that boots weren't allowed either, which at this time I gave him a blank glare. He then stated he'd allow my friend and I to enter just remember for future purposes. Once we entered we stopped at the bar getting two [redacted] drinks, two shots of [redacted], and I started a tab for the both of us. While standing at the bar I knocked my friends drink over so I order her a [redacted] to replace, because the [redacted] werent mix well. During the night she and I noticed at least nine males wearing hats, which led us both to wonder why I was singled out. Later throughout the night she had an additional [redacted] and we both had another shot each. Once we were ready to leave, upon closing my tab the bartender handed me a bill for $109.00, I stated to him that it wasnt correct, can I see what he was charging me for. He handed me a yellow sticky note with my name in the corner and nothing but numbers on it, no description of what was being charged. I then asked him to explain the charges, he then explains my first round of drinks was $44.00 then we had a lot of beers. I then stopped him and stated we didn't have any beers someone elses drinks we added. He then apologized and said I'll take off $20.00 bringing it to $89.00. I told him that was still too much but I'd take it up with the management the following day. He gave me two receipts one for $109.00 and $89.00 but assured me I'd only be charged $89.00. I asked to take the yellow sticky note with us, which he didn't mind. On leaving I asked the outside bouncer why there were so many hats inside, if they aren't allowed, he stated they were V.I.P.. The following day when the transaction posted it was for $109.00. Once I returned to Fayetteville I called the establishment and didn't get an answer. I usually visit this club everytime I'm In Raleigh so I'd also like to know why I was singled out for my clothing.
