I ordered from this company March *** of Here it is the end of April and have yet to receive my merchandiseI contacted these people numerous times I called and got no response and then I messaged them on *** and someone did contact meThey said my package had gotten lost and that they would send another oneShe gave me a date when the order should arrive and when the date came I still didn't get a packageI messaged them and told them I didn't get a packageNo one didn't respond backI then asked for a refund since no one responded back and still have yet to receive a responseI payed $for my merchandise and all I want is my money back and no one has the decency to even respond backThis company is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing from them if this is how they run there business
The level of unprofessionalism is amazingI ordered a dress and never received a tracking number, a follow up email, or the dressI contacted them through email, **, text, and their customer service number and never received an answer or a responseI called their store number, disconnectedI went to the actual store and they were closed during the middle of a MondayThey should definitely work on their customer service skillsI’ll be reporting them to the Revdex.com and my bank, if I can’t get ahold of them now I’m sure they won’t issue me a refundMy friend has also been trying to return a dress and hasn’t been able to get an answer from them either
