I placed an order for a t-shirt through NoiseBot.com. They charged me but the package was never received. When I reached out to them (multiple times), they did nothing to help me, did not refund me or ship out another t-shirt as a replacement. I am very disappointed in their level of customer service and will never do business with them again. There are many other reputable places to get quality t-shirts...do not order any merchandise through NoiseBot.com.

Review: Ordered a T-shirt using the sizing chart on their web site. http://www.[redacted] When the order arrived it was 2 to 3 inches smaller the size than what was advertised. The site said 18x16 for XS but it was actually 16x13. I contacted them via email and they told me to exchange for size S. They asked me to pay for return shipping which I did. Now they want another $6.99 to send the new size. Its their fault they don't have the correct sizing info. Wish they would mail me the new size without having to charge me again.Desired Settlement: My order number is #[redacted]. I would like them to send me size S without having to charge me $6.99 again.
