Review: I took my vehicle to Nok Auto on 12/**/15 because there was an issue with the battery dying and the car not starting although the battery was brand new. The owner Rohon W[redacted] told me after he supposedly did a diagnostic test that the issue was the Alternator and the Battery Control Module and the cost to fix the issue was $837. I paid the estimate and received the car back on 2/*/16. On 2/**/16 the car wouldn't start and the battery was dead. The car was taken back to him he claimed it's fixed now and I picked up the car on 2/**/16. However the car same issue exists because on 2/**/16 the car doesn't start again and I take it back and plead with him to fix the issue that still exists since I brought the car in the first time. Mr. W[redacted] says now that it's the main door switch and B.C.M Computer that is the issue and wanted me to pay $1,015.80. I refused because if that was the case it should have been detected initially and I didn't need the two parts he replaced. After many discussions he called me on 1/**/16 and agreed to do the new work with brand new parts at no cost to me. The real horror begins. He kept my car for 16 days and I picked it up on 2/*/16 being told all the work was complete and I could pick it up. When I arrive he said the only issue is that my remote battery needed to be changed. We went to the car the chime on the alarm is exceedingly loud, deafenly loud. The lights on the dashboard glowed with a neon brilliance, the mileage on my car when I took it to him on the 1/**/16 was 56,562 now it's 216,788 I was in disbelief! When I turned the car off to go inside to speak to him the car lights wouldn't turn off. The owner and I exchange words, he was extremely dismissive told me he wasn't fixing anything and would let my car sit on the street and collect ticket, he also admitted to putting in old parts. I had my brother in-law present with me call the police. The owner Mr. W[redacted] told me to sue him and gave me the address to small claims court. The police came and said I would have to resolve the issue in court but I couldn't take my car now because it wouldn't start. The police asked him to get it started. I took my car to the dealer the next day on 2/*/16. I received a call from the Dealer on 2/*/16 and was told that they couldn't help me because the damage done to my car was too extensive. The Dealer said too many parts were changed, the wiring was drastically damage, the harnesses were damaged and a ton of other issues as well as the issue with how Mr. W[redacted] added over an additional 160,000 miles to my car!!!! I thought I cried throughout this ordeal but that call drained me of life. How could someone take your money and never fix the issue then intentionally cause so much damage that the dealer says they can't take on the liability to fix because the damage is that severe and the cost is astronomical? What he did was criminal, willful and fraudulent! I've learned from a coworker that he did something similar to him as well as others. He must be stopped!!!!Desired Settlement: I wish I could press charges against him because now I don't have a car. I want my money back for the first payment as well as the additional damages he caused and for loss of use! I want him to be fined and be penalized under what laws exist through the Revdex.com!!! I want for others to beware of his THEFT, unprofessionalism, FRAUD, and damages he caused! He shouldn't be allowed to be in business with the practices that he does in shoddy work, theft, and destruction!

I at this time am seeking resolution and full reimbursement of all said damages incurred by Nok Auto Repair, Inc.
