To whom it may concern,The "U-Lock" has been a pre-order product since it has been on our website and has never had a promised ship date, only expected ship date which unfortunately has had to be adjusted over timeThis is a kickstarter project and we've explained that the manufacturer has had to
make adjustments before manufacturing begins otherwise the customer would be shipped a sub-par product which is a one of kind productWe do not have this product ready, so we cannot deliver this product as it's just now going through final stages of mass productionWe have over 3,pre-orders and we offer a refund when a customer cannot wait, which we have offered to this customerAt this moment in time our hands are tied and we cannot push the manufacturer to produce these any faster than is possible. Currently there is not much information I can provide in regard to shipping but we do plan on shipping within the first half of the year depending on manufacturing, packaging, shipping to us and finally shipping to the customerThe easy and only fix to this customers complaint is to provide a refund, which we have offered.
