To Whom It may concern,
I am responding to a complaint about my former...
business, in a letter from you dated January 17, 2014, ID [redacted]. I would like you to know that this business was closed on or around June, 2012.
Unfortunately, and without my consent, there was a person, [redacted], who continued to represent himself as working for, and even an owner of, my business, NOLA Contracting. I also have been notified that he continued up and until December of 2013 to use my address and company name, I have cut any relationship to or with this person, and understand that he has been arrested.
I regret that I had anything to do with this person, and extend an apology to anyone who had the misfortune of being victimized by this sad situation.

Review: Contracted to have our basement remodeled. Took money and never finished the job. Impossible to track down. Does not respond to or return phone calls or texts. Criminal charges are being filed. Stole property from other people he was hired to do work for. Numerous people are in the same situation. Took money for work and never completed the jobs. DO NOT HIRE THIS PESON!!! He no longer lives at the address listed for the company.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund but realize that is not likely. I just want to stop other people from hiring this guy.
