Nola Electronics

Review: This company practically stole from me. The subwoofer I have ordered from them was defective. I sent it back through FedEx with tracking number. According to FedEx it was delivered. Nola Electronics says it wasn't. I have filed a claim with FedEx. They again guaranteed that the item was delivered and there is nothing they can do. I emailed Nola Electronics again and they say they refunded it which is a lie. I have not seen a penny back from the $200 I have paid and now they are not emailing back. Amazon (this is a store on Amazon) says that is too late for them to do anything, that I should have filed the claim sooner. Nola Electronics has been putting me off and postponing and lying for months. During this time I lost my home to a fire while trying to stay on top of my communication with Nola but I have been extremely busy as anyone can imagine. And now apparently nothing can be done. Now they don't even answer my emails. This issue started in May, I lost my home in June. And I am still trying to deal with his problem.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. It is the only fair thing to do.
