NOLA Graphics

Review: I work for a small 501(c)3 non-profit. We needed to reinvent our website and hired NOLA Graphics for the job. We paid them $1000 for our new website. They were supposed to reorganize the current information on the website and apply it to a new template. We contracted with them in October and the job was supposed to take 4-6 weeks. At this point, nothing has been done and we are unable to get in touch with Marc, the owner. I have tried to call, text, and email and have had no success. The last time I spoke with Marc, 4 weeks ago, he told me he would contact me later that evening. I have not heard from him since. We are a small non-profit and that money means a lot to us. At this point, we feel that our money should be returned in full.Desired Settlement: We feel that a desired resolution would be a return of the $1000 that we paid. We do not trust that NOLA Graphics will complete the project and we need the money to be able to move on and hire another company.
