Review: We hired [redacted] after we saw him at the Home and Garden show in May 2013. Initially he did very good work and we were satisfied. We requested additional work and he suggested some additions and we took his suggestions and were pleased. However as we neared the end [redacted] would say he was coming and never did show. We had a Camellia bush that died and he promised to replace it. He told me when he was coming but he did not show numerous times. Around Thanksgiving a pipe under our patio broke. This pipe was in the irrigation system he installed and it was under the patio he installed. My husband called him because it appeared as though he had blocked my phone number and I could neither call nor text him. He promised to come fix it the following Wednesday. He was a no show and it has been almost 2 months and we have not heard from him. In the meantime we are unable to use our irrigation system. We spent a lot of money and I am concerned that the plants in our yard will die from lack of water when we reach the spring and summer. We hired [redacted] because we knew his family and we really liked his work. We trusted and believed in him but he has lost that trust. We referred him to some of our friends and family and they also had trouble getting him to complete the job. Payments made were $10,797 in checks and $3000 in cash.Desired Settlement: We would like him to do what he promised. Repair the patio damaged by the water leak and replace the dead plants.
