I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Nolan Propane did refund a portion of what was owed to me, though not all. They have also not explained how their driver was able to pump 93 gallons in 47 seconds during the last delivery. I was only home to witness this on the last delivery so I have no idea how much they lied about delivering on previous trips. I was told by Paula that their trucks pump a maximum of 80 gallons per minute, so there is absolutely no way that they delivered as much as they claim. I was also told when I opened the account that the pickup fee was $100 for the tanks, not $100 per tank, I believe that they should honor that and refund me $100 of the $200 I was charged for pickup as they were not clear on the exact charge.
