I am rejecting this response because: The contract was signed on August 3rd, 2016. The roof repairs were completed on November 15, 2016. Work did not begin on the siding, facia, and gutters until the afternoon of Friday May 26th, 2017 (Memorial weekend). Work continued on the following Saturday and Tuesday. Work has not yet begun on the windows. The completed work appears to be acceptable to this point. However, this complaint shall not yet be considered resolved until work is complete.
