The work that Nolans does is outstanding. They are a wonderful team of professionals. Their fatal flaw is the woman in the front office, Gwen. I received a quote for a woodstove installation back in May 2014. After calling every week for MONTHS I am finally getting another quote done by Greg. Gwen was very nice and professional on the phone, however Every time I called to get the quote from her she said she had to ask Greg about it and she would call me back. I NEVER ONCE received a call back from her, ever. I would have to call her back the following week only to have her tell me again that she would have to call me back. From what I hear she has been doing the same thing to numerous other clients in our town. Finally after talking to Trish in November I got her to send Greg out to do another quote and I am finally getting somewhere with them. We live in a small town and we are wanting to support our local businesses; but it is hard with companies that allow such unprofessional office etiquette. I do however think that Nolans does do a superb job, once the job actually gets done.
