We moved in to our home associated with this complaint on 9/1. We immediately reported the pipes under both or sinks not being attached at all and broken windows. One of which spidered and cracked completely during a storm a month ago. The windows have STILL not been fixed as of 11/8/2019. We have been stone walled by their property manager ***. She refuses to escalate the situation at all. She will not replace the windows nor repair them. She told us that if we want the property management to fix them then we will have to pay for them. It is now winter time and there is a terrible draft coming in to all of the windows of the home. We are currently sleeping in sweaters and sweat pants and robes in order to keep warm. She hung up in my face when I asked her what the heck her problem was with me and my partner. I have requested to speak to someone above her at least 30 times and I have spoken with ONE person and her name was *** and she approved all the repairs and *** turned around and told the maintenance not to go to my house unless I paid for the window with the spider cracks. it is Winter and cold and this woman is forcing us to live in a barely livable house with how cold it gets here. The heating unit in the home only heats our hallway and nothing more. we have to sleep in so many layers of clothing and we are still barely sleeping right now. She continues to stone wall us and refuse to have these issues fixed. we have been asking since 9/1 the day we moved in.

We have sent our contractor over to her house numerous times to fix the windows and every time he has reported that none, other than the bathroom window were broken. This window was not broken prior to their move in and not reported on their move-in checklist, so the damage to the window is the tenant's responsibility per their lease. We have had the wall heater checked and it is functioning properly as well, so we don't understand why the tenant feels the need to verbally abuse our property manager and use profane language directed at her. When she did, *** asked not to be spoken to that way and informed her that the conversation was going to end. We have tried and tried to make her happy. Our contractor tried to go back on 11/11/2019 to check the heater during the cold front and was denied. He's currently scheduled to go back again on 11/13/2019.

Complaint: ***The maintenance man was allowed access 11/11/19.And sealed the BOTTOM of some of the windows and did not fix the bathroom window. He said if we want the heat to reach our rooms then WE HAVE TO BUY A FAN TO HELP THE HEAT GET TO OUR THREE ROOMS!He did nothing to fix the heater he only said they want him to move the thermostat from right in front of the heater because that was why it wasn’t heating the house.Yet we have to put it on 90! All night and it never shuts off and we still sleep with sweat pants, sweaters, heavy socks and heated blankets to stay warmThere is a draft STILL coming through the windows after he “sealed” them. Window and place some black stuff between the window and the screen.It did NOTHING!I have attached as much proof as allowed but I DO HAVE MORE! We are A queer couple And after the state came out to fix the disgusting plumbing issue they let us know that stuff was coming from a MAINLINE and was not just OUR HOME and it was absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional for *** to state such nasty claims to us without any sort of proof.She has stone walled us from speaking to anyone else. She has called me names and has refused to acknowledge that we put in for these broken windows 9/1 on the day we moved in and when the storms hit one shattered and spidered out of control.Despite me showing her the EXACT crack/chip in the window that the spidering came from and she still has refused to escalate the matter. Now it is winter and we are paying out the butt for electricity due to these broken windows and us constantly air conditioning theneighborhood. We have tried and called and emailed and put in requests we have posted to their Facebook.MY NUMBER IS BLOCKED FROM CALLING THEM AS OF RIGHT NOW. SO IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY?! We have requested to speak with someone else.She refusesThis house has been a disaster and she has made it a thousand times worse

The screenshot she attached was from Sunday, 11/10 and he did go out that day and requested to come back the following day after the cold front came in, but was denied. We had the contractor's manager go along on Wed 11/13 and he discovered the source of the draft and the issue was resolved to our knowledge that day. We have attempted to verify the issue is resolved, but have not received any response from the tenant.

Per her request to speak to someone else, *** is the only employee of Nolen Properties unfortunately. She has tried to be very courteous, but when called a "*** person" she does have the right to terminate a phone call politely, which she did. This, and all phone calls are recorded and can be made available if requested.

I would like proof we denied the contractor access to the home after he came on 11/10 since they are stating that happened. I was the one who requested the supervisor come with the contractor when he came 11/13 because we are tired of dealing with this mess. The supervisor saw the window wasn't broken by us despite *** claiming OVER AND OVER that we did it. She also refused to have herself or her boss come out and look at the window themselves! He also saw the HUGE gaps some of the windows had causing our electric to go straight out the windows since move in 9/1. The heater still DOES NOT heat the entire house completely when it is actually COLD. he tested the heater when it was like 65 degrees outside and sunny and called it good.We as consumers have the right to have our account handled by someone professional. *** has accused us of things we have NEVER done. She has blocked us being able to speak to anyone else but her. She has lied to her higher ups and has caused use hundreds of dollars in electric bills since she made herself judge and jury on the issues on this house and there is proof she has been wrong and out of line EVERY time. we DO NOT want her to have access to our personal information any longer. We have a say so in who handles our personal information. I asked *** if she had a problem with my partner and I or if she was just a *** person. I never called her a *** person. another LIE. I need to submit more documents as well as recordings of the house for review. I called to see if there was an email I can send additional evidence to and never got a call back on it. This woman has terrorized us for far too long to allow her access to us in any way shape or form. I have been waiting months for her boss to contact me regarding her behavior and no one has reached out. I have left messages, texts and voicemails to have them contact me regarding her treatment of me and my partner and she blocks it all.
