sure threatening someone because they have posted a complaint with the Revdex.com is not legal, and this is a threat because they obviously do not want to complete the work. Thank you again

Dear Sir or Madam,
I apologize but I do not recall contacting you about this construction company - if it was back in March 2016, the only construction company that I worked with was GW Construction and we were able to come to an agreement relating to thatSo I do apologize but I do not recall anything about this company and I don't think I even hired them?
Best regards,

Consumer Complaint # [redacted]

Dear
Revdex.com,

I
have read the response to my complaint from NOLI Construction dba GW
Construction. I do not truly know where to start, as their reply is full of
untruths, misleading statements, wrong dates and timeline events. Just as GW
Const. is on their presentation of the company and their ability to perform
home improvement projects.

An
additional complaint has been failed with the Revdex.com in regards to GW Const.
making claims to be an “A+” accredited company, which in all reality they have
been given a Revdex.com rating of “F”. The statement made appears upon GW Const. web
site, company handouts and all other advertising.

It
has been learned that GW Const. failed to obtain the proper building permits to
complete the project. The entire scope of the project was not included in the
permit for the reroofing or shower “hot mop” permits. As to the electrical and
plumbing work, GW Const. failed to obtain permits for this phase of the
remodel.

As
this case will be headed to mediation and/or to a civil action, and based upon
the rules of discovery, I select not to go into more detail at this time. I
wish that Revdex.com will continue with processing my complaint.

Respectfully,

As attached is the timeline and description that we have as of now. We are still trying to resolve this issue.
vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">On 4/6/2016 [redacted] went to the appointment meeting and met with Mr. [redacted] and his wife [redacted] they talked about what they wanted done which was one bathroom and kitchen remodel and other few projects. They did not sign any contract that day because [redacted] wanted to discuss the project with [redacted].
On 4/11/2016 [redacted] and [redacted] signed the first contract which was $45,000
They didn’t start right away because they were waiting for the customer to get financed through his bank.
A month later he didn’t get approved because he had identity theft on his report from the bank. Once it was going to get fixed he was going to get the loan from the bank.
June 8th signed another contract to replace roof, windows, and insulation through the hero program.
[redacted] spoke to the customer. The customer told [redacted] that he got approved for $56,350 from Hero program and to go ahead with the project.
The project that was funded by the Hero program was done July 18, 2016 and Hero program paid after completion of the project. A week later or so he was not approved yet through his bank for the $45,000 contract
July 26th the project started for the two bathrooms and the customer did not make a payment when they started the project. Meanwhile they finished work in the bathroom in the guest bathroom the tile, installation of vanity and other details were done, they started the master bathroom and pulled the permit for the required job. They did the work that needed to be done, passed the first inspection, and installed all the fixtures.  Afterwards the customer wanted to put in a bigger vanity than the original which caused the toilet to be too close to the vanity. Vanity was supplied by the customer, and then the customer complained to [redacted] that the toilet was too close to the vanity. He then wanted the toilet to be moved to the wall. When [redacted] got there he explained to the customer that it was going to cost more to relocate the toilet. Then the customer realized it was going to cost too much. The customer then said that he no longer wanted GW Construction to finish the projects.
As soon as the customer said that he no longer wanted GW Construction to continue with the project, problems began to start.

We are currently working with her and resolving the issue. You can give her a call and she will let you know that GW is resolving the work.

Dear
Revdex.com,

I
have read the response to my complaint from NOLI Construction dba GW
