Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.He mentions that he does not have time to take phone calls or emails, thats businessUnfortunately we do not believe anything he is sayingThe fact that it took a complaint to the Revdex.com to get any sort of response from him is absurdIf we put a deposit down on an order we should be taken care of, we should be allowed to call you and you answer the phone or email and you respondHe only responds to text messages, all the numbers go to random places, the voicemails are google phones Text messages at 10:52pm to a customer, this is all very unprofessionalPerhaps he is an legitimate business, then act like a legitimate business and take care of your customersNo services were ever provided to us besides him taking our deposit and emails saying shirts were orderedYes we did send hangtags for the order that should have been completedWe took care of what needed to be taken care of on our endWe expect the sameWe do not believe he ordered the shirts, we do not believe he is going to get a 30% discount on shipping goods back.He promised press checks on multiple occasions all of which were never providedIf in fact he does get dinged for the return of goods we would like to see proof of this - we want invoices stating thisWe also would like to see proof that the shirts were ordered in the first place along with invoices of thisWe also would like to see photographs of the prepped screens Regards, [redacted] ***

This is UnnecessaryWe purchased the blanks specially for this job and if you check tracking info Hang Tags just arrived this week, As a new customer there are a to of steps taken in order to make a job happenWe have taken extra time to make sure everything is done rightIf we don't get back to you is because we are busy taking care of other ordersTo make accusations and say we aren't a real company is just not right to doYou haven't even visited our shop to see what we do or how busy we areEvery company works differently and if you don't like the way we do business thats completely fineBut you don't need to make accusationsWe have a lot of customers and we deal with thousands of prints every day, this order is very small and I can't dedicate all my time to take phone calls and be responding to emails, I have a lot of duties and meetings I have to be in almost every day, this order was on schedule, Reason no press checks have been taken has been cause we need time to make sure we run the job when we can wait for a response and to do that we need to make sure we can keep our team busy doing something else as we wait because we would loose money if our team is just waiting around for a responseRefunds take up to days to process, we need to ship goods back to vendor and wait for a refund and we have to take a 30% loss from our vendor and we would charge our customer back for cancelling an order that was already in progress, screens are prepped and films were made for this orderTime was spent on our endto prep this job for print
