I purchased a tablet cover and screen protector as a gift for my husbandWhen I went to wrap the case, I realized that the case was damaged and that the stitching was coming undoneI immediately went back to the store to exchange it for a better quality caseThe man only had a case that was worse offWhen asked if I could return the case and get my money back, he refusedThen he said he would only give me $back from my $purchaseWhen I said no, I wanted the full value back, he walked awayNow I'm left with a damaged case that is falling apartCustomer service was horrendous

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! They will keep your item for nearly two weeks and then claim the replacement piece is still comingWhen I was tired of waiting for my iPad to be repaired ("It'll take four hours...it'll be another two days"days later still not repaired), I went to pick up my iPad and the OWNER refused to give me my iPadI actually had to call the police! The officer informed me that they've been called a few times because of this guy! He finally returned my iPad because the officer told him toHe then wasn't going to refund my full amount because he "did work on it." After an hour and a half, I got my iPad and my full refundSTAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS KIOSK!

I don't know how Nomad stays in business. [redacted] replaced a timing belt on my elderly in laws van. It ran really rough. I took it in to another mechanic and the dealer and they said it was installed wrong and needed to be reinstalled as the cam timing was off. [redacted] said he could not warranty the correction because they waited too long. His price to "fix" what he did wrong was more than the dealer charges for the entire repair. So in the end, their prices are higher than the Toyota dealer, they do poor work and then they don't stand behind their work.

I tied to return a cell phone cover that was purchased less than 24 hrs earlier,I was told that an exchange was my only option.I was then told to follow one of the employees to another kiosk in Brookfield square where I was told there was no money in the register for a refund.we then went to a 3rd kiosk in the mall where I was told that I would have to keep the item.then we walk all the way back to the original kiosk where I saw there miniscule sign stating their return policy of a 7 day return minus a 20% restocking fee,{really 20% to put back on the little hook}so now employee #5 says "ill do you a favor and refund your money this time minus the 20 %"this whole episode took close to 25 minutes to complete.these people are the very definition of shady.I cant imagine the things the get away with with elderly or disabled customers.I highly recommend they be investigated for ufair trade practices

This company is shady...located in Brookfield Square. I went to look at phone cases for my daughter's new phone. They did not have the case we needed. Man behind the counter says "I order you case, and ship it to your house." Said no that they can call me when they come in. Man behind counter says "well let me put screen protectors on for you" He took the phones put the screen protectors on and then charged me $16.00 per phone. No price was ever set. Told him to forget about calling me when cases came in I will not be back to do business with them ever again. Make sure you ask for a price upfront.
