Review: Book keeping services were done by [redacted] on Saturday January 25, 2014. She was paid for the reconciliations she completed. After she left my home, I reviewed the reconciliations and noticed many of them had not reconciled and she made adjustments to the numbers so she could move forward. I had asked her while she was working, if she had questions and how it was going and she simply state, "fine, she was almost done with the [redacted] account."I emailed her on January 25, 29th, February 5, 10 and text messages were sent on February 10 explaining the errors and asking for a date of when she could return to correct the work. She responded by email once on February 5 saying she would contact me with a date, but she never did. She responded once with a text message on February 10 simply stating a date I proposed did not work for her. She offered no other time to correct her work. She has not made any attempts to correct her work.Her business in mobile services, so I do not have a street address. I did not ask for any personal financial information to be discuss. I asked for a reimbursement for work not done to standard. This is a quality control issue. No attempt was made to correct the work, which was paid for. A refund is necessary.
