Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The issues against Nomad with the Attorney General's Office have not been droppedMine was because I moved for the reasons I stated in my complaintsThere remains three other complaints filed with ATG and one filed with the health environmental division regarding the raw sewageNomad sent me a letter accusing me of falsifying these reports and a threat from their AttorneyThis was a direct violation of the Landlord/Tenant Laws of Washington StateEven so this violation was not acted upon by ATG even though I was still a resident in NomadAll three residents are still dealing with ATG on their complaints filed by them individually not by meThey are not telling the truth about the raw sewage the complaint filed by a *** *** a resident indicates the sewage has been visible for the time period I statedThe CB antennae has been brought to their attention by several residentsIt is stated in the Washington laws that no Ham Radio antennae are allowed and this is an antennae of Ham Radio sorts as it interferes with residents' TV viewingThe home that has it is in the Treasurer Department listed under the owner of the Park nameTherefore, they have complete control to remove it but refused in the past and presentThe occupant of the trailer with the antennae works part time for the park managementFinally not only did they not issue new rules and regulations but everyone has different dates on the contractsThe contracts are out of date because they mention a swimming pool which the owner wanted removed when they bought the park in 2012. division or communityOur rules state that only one person in the home must be or olderThere is also no law that states they cannot have visitors or have their grandchildren overAs for the other allegations this woman is just not truthfulThere are no ditches with visible sewageWe do have a major repair going on that is a septic system that has failed and we have been working with the Engineers from the state and the county agencies to do all that are necessary in making this repair happenIt has been longer than we had anticipated thru no fault of our own and the common areas look horrible as it is all centered around the clubhouse areaAs soon as this project is finished we will be putting the area back the way it wasIn the meantime all work has been done by a licensed septic contractor and all work has been safe area is blocked off by caution tape and there is no raw sewageAgain Ms *** is mistaken in the fact that when a mobile home park changes hands they do not have the right to make residents sign a new lease or rental agreement it stays the same as the one they signed when they moved inComplaints were filed with the attorney generals office and Ms *** was again untruthfulShe was the one who filed the complaints using other resident names, these have been droppedThe letter from the attorney was to her letting her know this was not acceptable and she needed to stop immediately (that letter is attached)The CB antenna is not removed nor will it be the park has no authority to ask resident to do soJust as in all of her allegations the septic system did not fail until aprox July of not February as she statesShe purchased her home and moved into the community just about that time and has since sold her home and moved out as of Sept 18th Vicki C***
