Review: Stay away from this company at all costs. They took "preorders" for an Apple Watch charging stand back in March, with a promised ship date in late April. That then slipped to May, and here it is, 3 months later, in mid June without any delivery whatsoever. The CEO and team is unresponsive and often runs around/ ignores customer questions and concerns. Here comes the worst part.. everyone that preordered this product in the USA still hasn't received one, yet we found out that Best Buy has been carrying this stand on their shelves for over a month now. So they took our "preorder" money and used it to supply a major retailer with the same product. Everyone that preordered was used and abused so Nomad Goods could turn their backs on early supporters and fulfill an order with Best Buy instead. Additionally, they chose a very cheap and unheard of carrier for shipment. These have been "shipped" for a month now and nobody has received one in the USA yet. Nomad Goods have cut corners, lied, ignored, and worst of all, stolen from their early supporters. I have never once felt the need to go to such lengths to warn others about awful (and most likely illegal) business practices, but this extreme case has caused me to do just that.Desired Settlement: For my hours of wasted time (countless emails and multiple phone calls), in addition to being lied to and dealing with constant delays and run-arounds, I would like store credit for the value of this stand ($70) applied to me. This is only fair considering how much time I have wasted while waiting for this, especially considering my trusted preorder money went to fund a major retailer instead. If this issue isn't resolved, this is far from the last Nomad Goods will hear from me.

Review: Nomad Goods took preorders through the their website for the Apple Watch charging stands back in April 2015. At that time they charged credit cards for payment in full for the pre-order. Their website stated that the stands would be shipping in May 2015. After May came and passed the stands have still not shipped. After several complaints from the customer base through emails and social media, Nomad randomly printed shipping labels and sent tracking information to customers claiming the stands ordered before May 20 had shipped. Now 8 days later my tracking number shows no movement online. Also, they are shipping through a carrier that is not known in the U.S. They are called PostNord Worldwide. This in itself is cause for concern. I have sent multiple emails to [email protected] and have gotten no response to the status of my shipment. The phone number posted on their website is not working. With all this said the biggest issue is that now this company is selling our pre-ordered stands at Best Buy around the country. Customers who did not preorder the stand back in April have walked into Bestbuy and purchased the stands we have been waiting for 2 going on 3 months now. It seems like this company has taken our money to finance their cost to getting the product to Best Buy. This is not ethical.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation on how Best Buy received stock of this product before customers who pre-ordered online received theirs. Also, why is PostNord Worldwide being used when the company website talks about UPS and FedEx carriers in the FAQ. I would like expedited delivery of my stand that I paid for in April 2015. I am afraid the same issue will occur with the apple watch pod I ordered.
