Customer contacted our company wanting a repair on their roof to address a leak*** went out to try and determine the cause of the leakThe 1st day he was there the weather was cold and windyThere were some blown off shingles which he repaired, along with some blown off on the neighbour's house
which he repairedHe tried but was unable to determine exactly where the leak was coming fromAfter being there for 2hrs, he was finally able to speak with the plumber who had seen the water in the attic near the bottom of where the valley was*** provided the homeowner with a quote to replace the valley, but given the time of year and the work required we were not going to be able to get to it until the springAs we were not able to solve the problem, the customer was not billed for the service call, nor the repairs we did do
