I ordered a bottle of perfume and a sample set valued at $165 from Nomaterra on /Jan/2020. I received an email on /Jan/2020 noting that my order had shipped. The estimated shipping time would be 9-11 days. My credit card was charged in full for the goods at that time. The *** tracking number provided for the order showed that the package was in pre-shipment, meaning a label was printed but the package had not been delivered to the post office for delivery. I've checked the status daily for three weeks and the package has still not shipped. I've emailed the company and left several voice messages asking for an update on the shipment timing or to arrange for a refund if the order was not going to be shipped. I've received no response from the company at all. I'm seeking your assistance to urge this company to respond to my inquiries.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. The business owner was extremely apologetic for the poor communication, took efforts to remove telephone contact numbers that were erroneously posted online, and graciously fulfilled my order in addition to refunding the purchase price in full. Thank you very much for assisting me with making contact with this business.
