I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me from a price standpoint as we went back to the original agreement and not the 15% higher price Impact Landscapes tried to push on to me after that fact. However, this business practice of raising prices and not completing work on contracts is unacceptable. How many customers have been screwed over by Impact Landscapes over the years but did not speak up about it? I still had to hire another company to finish the work he did not do. My intent is to make sure people do not accept these types of actions and should be aware of the attempt to rip me off.
