Aloha, Did some quick investigating and this is what we have found. Both letters were received by Non-Stop Travel and given to booking agent, [redacted] as they were received. Letter dated 11/21/16 was filed away in error. Letter dated, 12/23/16 was filed in agent's "pending...
file". As the owner of Non-Stop Travel, I am very sorry and upset for the lack of action on our agent's part. A refund check for $1,000.00 payable to [redacted] will be mailed out today, 1/18/17 by regular mail.Further, we will put into place measures to prevent this from happening in the future.
