This is a private matter between J.Kand Dr [redacted] J.Khas never had a business transaction with NSC

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

her refund was issued and mailed to the address she gave our office.

Complaint Involves: Billing or Collection Issues  Customer’s Statement of the Problem: I had purchased a groupon deal for 3 sessions of the Zerona. After my first session there on June 21, 2016, I also purchased 6 slimspec sessions for $150. When I had completed my 3 sessions of the Zerona, I...

purchased an additional 3 sessions through the clinic on June 24th. The main person administering the session had always said that he likes to get them both done at the same time but on 2 separate occasions, I only got service for the slimspec and not the Zerona. Due to the frustration of them messing up my scheduling, I canceled the remainder of my sessions which had 1 slimspec and 2 Verona left. I have been calling every month since July asking for my refund and every time, the response would be that they are looking into it. The last time I had spoken to the front desk lady, she claims that I had gotten a double dose of the Zerona but how is that possible when I had purchase the last three sessions of the Zerona after I had completed the first 3 sessions. I have had asked her to have the manager call me and to this day, still no response. My refund would be $59.53 and they are simply refusing to give me back my money due to their own errors, in which she had admitted to messing up on the scheduling. $59.53 is not a lot of money but it is more of the principle of the whole situation. Complaint Background: Product/Service: Zerona/Slimspec Purchase Date: 6/21/2016 Problem Occurred: 6/28/2016 Model:  Account Number:  Order Number:  Talked to Company: 7/11/2016 Talked to Company (2nd): 7/29/2016 Talked to Company (3rd): 8/17/2016 Name of Salesperson:    Purchase Price: $200.00 Disputed Amount: $59.53  Desired Settlement: Refund To be refunded back for my service that I had paid for.    I had purchased a groupon deal for 3 sessions of the Zerona. After my first session there on June 21, 2016, I also purchased 6 slimspec sessions for $150. When I had completed my 3 sessions of the Zerona, I purchased an additional 3 sessions through the clinic on June 24th.*This is accurate, you did opt to purchase the in-house sale of 6 Slimspec Treatments. The main person administering the session had always said that he likes to get them both done at the same time but on 2 separate occasions, I only got service for the slimspec and not the Zerona.*Yes, we do like to administer adjunctive therapies together when possible.  Please refer to your consent form, Item 7 “Purchasing and additional coupon while under care that was not originally presented does not guarantee that the second service will be available during the initial course of care.” You will notice your initials clearly marked next to this in the consent form, indicating that you understood this concept at the time of purchase. “Due to the frustration of them messing up my scheduling, I canceled the remainder of my sessions which had 1 slimspec and 2 Zerona left.”*Your treatment ledger shows a clear course of treatment, which we made adjustments on our end to accommodate your scheduling needs. You will see in the ledger that you receive additional therapies of Zerona and Slimspec that you have not been billed. You have received a total of ten Zerona treatments and six slimspec treatments. “I have been calling every month since July asking for my refund and every time, the response would be that they are looking into it. The last time I had spoken to the front desk lady, she claims that I had gotten a double dose of the Zerona but how is that possible when I had purchase the last three sessions of the Zerona after I had completed the first 3 sessions.”*Per our discussions, you were advised that we would be doing double sessions based on your stated interest in doing further care in our clinic. You were given additional therapies before you paid for said services in good faith. “I have had asked her to have the manager call me and to this day, still no response. My refund would be $59.53 and they are simply refusing to give me back my money due to their own errors, in which she had admitted to messing up on the scheduling. $59.53 is not a lot of money but it is more of the principle of the whole situation.” *No individual has claimed to “messing up” any schedule, if anything we made extra effort to accommodate your schedule. More so, we believe your frustration is based off the fact that on your last treatment on July 11, 2016 you demanded to have an additional Zerona treatment with your final slimspec treatment. You were advised that you were not schedule for a treatment on this particular visit, but if you were willing to wait we would stay late and extend our day to perform an additional Zerona therapy. You were also advised that you had used more Zerona treatments than you had purchased. You left our office before we could get you in for the treatment. The principal of the situation is there is a disconnect in communication. And as often is the case it appears you are using our kindness as a sign of weakness and an opportunity to commit theft of services. That being said we will simply refund you your requested amount of $59.53 as an effort of good faith. On our end, Our ledger indicates your account has a balance in excess of $500 in unpaid retail services. If we are to pursue this matter further we will collect on that amount. Sincerely, Non-Surgical Clinic of the Twin Cities.
