reasonable expectations prior to any treatment or servicesWe also make sure to establish this in writing in the patient treatment plan and agreement which Ms*** read and signedSection (C) of the treatment plan clearly states that "All fees charged and payments received are for professional time and service only" and does not guarantee results of any kindHowever, although results can vary based on the individual patients unique physiology we strive to provide treatments that produce beautiful results for each and every patientWe also take before and after photos of each patient to ensure efficacy as well patient satisfactionIn Ms***'s case she did receive treatment and those treatments resulted in a significant reduction in the overall volume of fat in the area treatedThis treatment is not indicated for skin tightening so no significant skin tightening is to be expectedAs I have communicated to Ms*** in previous attempts to resolve this matter, we are very sorry that although she is not satisfied with her results (because she had great results) we are unable to provide a refund due to our expense in personnel and supplies in providing the treatmentIt is only fair that we receive payment for the services we provideWe did on more than one occasion offer Ms*** a full refund prior to any treatment being rendered as she had already expressed dissatisfaction with our office and staff which she repeated declinedI will attach all corresponding documentation for your reviewThank You for your time and attention in this matter. To whom it may concern,Please find the attached documents showing that the patient read, signed and agreed that there was no guarantee of results either written or implied. All fees paid are for our time and service only. That being said, great results and patient satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us. As you can see from the attached photos, this patient received treatment and had a significant improvement in the overall volume of fat in each area treated. It is almost impossible to believe that anyone could be less than happy with those results.   Also, please note that this patient was unhappy and made complaints prior to ever receiving treatment in our office. For this reason our staff offered to give the patient a full refund prior to any services being rendered on more than one occasion. I have attached a copy of an email conversation offering this patient a full refund prior to services being rendered. We have made multiple attempts to satisfy this patient including offering a refund( prior to treatment), rescheduling appointments and providing services at a deeply discounted price. However, we have incurred various expenses including the cost of services ( we pay the the Coolsculpting manufacturer each time we use the device) as well as paying certified personnel to provide the treatment. We do not feel that it would be fair to us or all of our paying patients to provide these services FREE to one patient. Thank you for your time and attention in helping to resolve this matter. the personnel there, and I am grateful and pleased that the integrity and fairness of that company, has been restored.

I am rejecting this response because:
no I was told the first time my arm will be tight but it is not. if they were honest with me said I need more treatment I would not do it but she said it will tight the skin first time around. twice I was set up because the machine was not working at all. after I did the cool sculpting. alameda said I need another treat it did not work at all. I said no way she said we will have to see in thirty days. still sag she offer me 450. I said nope. I tried email and went over to talk to Elizabeth she always ignore me. I could not get the owner involved no one will tell me that I found the owner in web site I send the paperwork to him july 17 2017 no response at all hiding all the time. dr prather is the owner I hope u can talk to him about this. I have proof all the e mail that elizabeth want another 900 but she said it might not work so I ask for refund.  nothing but more money but she cant guarantee it will work I will not pay anymore money the machine is not working right sorry. Elizabeth and I live in the same community grand terrace I live in Kentfield stand she live in pico st small world . I cant believe her she is doing this to me. she always is very greedy want more money from me. I am old lady and deaf doing this to me always laugh when they don't do it right or wait for two hour for this. I have a husband is in a home and the time must be on time. I don't mind once but it is all the time. I had laser on my stomach it was okay but cool sculting is not I think they don't know how to do it yet when I was there,[redacted]
