Michael [redacted]  As stated during my previous phone calls with them I have never gotten a good picture out of that camera whether or not the batteries were brand new or not and the batteries were changed four different times. Just as they stated in their response, they are unwilling to back their camera and are only willing to inconvenience me by making me run back to cabelas or ship a poorly made product back to them. Apparently my time is worth absolutely nothing.

Mr [redacted] called us on 7/31/2014. He said his camera was giving him an error code. He did not have the camera with him to troubleshoot so we advised some troubleshooting steps to try and to call us back if the issue remained.
On 8/6/14 he called to say he did troubleshooting...

earlier and that he will go with a different camera company if we do not cover his camera under warranty.
On 8/12/14 gave [redacted] Out of Warranty options since his camera was outside the warranty period.
On 10/3/14 called and left a voicemail to get activation date/run days/lifetime pictures. That call was not returned by Mr [redacted].
My [redacted] states that he purchased his camera on 7/30/2013. The factory standard warranty is 12 months OR 181 run days,  whichever comes first.  The month warranty Mr [redacted] is stating is an extended warranty if the customer registers the camera on line. Mr [redacted] did not do that.
While Mr [redacted]s camera is out of warranty, we would as a good faith gesture, take a look at the camera to see if we can get it working for him.

Hello:Mr [redacted] did contact us at a time that we were running a promotion on a closeout product. From the time that we spoke to Mr [redacted] on the phone and the time that we received his camera sent in from him, the product was sold out.This is the disclaimer that we had on our website...

and that we voiced over the phone::Seen camera - Price new $100, price after discount $50 and (for a limited time only while supplies last). In addition, we will give free Seen Safe model 3310 with FWN order for Seen.So while his disappointment is understandable, we did have a disclaimer that the promotion was for a limited time only while supplies lasted.
