Good Afternoon-While neither myself or my appliance manager( [redacted] ***) had ever received any prior requests on this complaint, as soon as we found out about it we took care of the issue immediatelyWe got an return authorization of the original product they were having issues with and credited the customer for the original amountThen let the customer re-select a different model that they felt more comfortable with and better fit their needsWe recently ordered the product and once it arrives in we will preform the switching of the product Thanks [redacted] Nonn's Kitchen Bath & FlooringCEO/President
