Thank you for your letter dated April 18, 2016 regarding the cost of the meal and an Inappropriate behavior of my staffs. I have investigated this matter and found the following:1. The price that the customer mentioned in the letter might be calculated by using the lunch menu (approximately $33.00)....

However, since April 16 was Saturday, we normally serve dinner portion all day during the weekend and the charge in the amount of $40.00 was calculated based on that.2, Demanding the gratuity from the customers is not acceptable and will not be tolerated in my establishment. I have advised the servers and all of my staffs that this kind of practice will not be allowed at Noodles on 11.To resolve this matter, I will issue the refund of $7.00 for the gratuity and an additional $7.00 for the dispute prices.Furthermore, please forward my sincere apology to [redacted] for any inconvenience that this error may have caused. He is a valued customer, and we are committed to providing him with the best Service possible.
