I have purchased beef from Nooherooka in the past and will never buy from them again. The beef was fatty, and the cuts were not what they were advertised to be. I purchased 1/4 of a cow and part of my cuts was 12 pounds of liver!!!! and the heart! Every cut of beef was extremely fatty. When I contacted the owners, they acted as if they could not care.
