Review: Ordered items on 9-*-15. Had not received a confirmation of shipment and notified the business multiple times through email as a customer service phone number is not available. Now, my order shows a "trashed" status and my credit card has not been refunded. I have contacted the vendor multiple times to no avail. They did not hold up their "sale" for free watches and customer's just pay shipping as well as not responding to customers email inquiries after multiple contacts.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to honor the sale price of free on their website as I paid shipping and was to have this order delivered.

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Nooka has been resolved.

Still had to contact the company multiple times but my money was refunded so marking this as resolved. Would not do business with Nooka again
