Review: Noontec lies and says that their product is covered under a 1-year warranty, but there is absolutely no information on their website, no number you can call, and no response received from the email I sent several days ago in order to even get a simple request like this in. For a well-known global electronics company their customer service literally does not exist.I purchased a red Noontec ZORO HD True Sound Headphones with Inline Mic and Answer/End Button on www.tanga.com for $64.99 on 8/1/13 (order number [redacted]). I have taken very good care of it and have never exposed it to water, or left it in the sun/heat, or misused it in any way, and I only use it two to three times a week. However when I tried using them on 6/17/14 as usual, the sound was a combination of very broken and silence. I tried using it on several devices including my laptop, iPod, and desktop computer, but the sound didn't work for any of them.Due to the product still being within 1 year of warranty according to Noontecs website I submitted an email request to [redacted] to have it repaired or refunded. Its been 5 days and I have not heard back. I searched everywhere online and wasnt able to find further contact information for this fraudulent company.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of this purchase as I do not want to deal with their continued lack of customer service or have anything to do with this business. I will be writing reviews on several tech websites and will report my honest and horrible experience with Noontecs poor product quality and lack of customer service so that others will not have to go through this in the future.
