Noor Home Health Care has been providing *** *** since December 31, Since our time of providing services Ms*** has never missed a scheduled visitON March 25, I did make contact with *** in regards to her mother receiving a HHA on Saturday at 4:P.M*** changed her
schedule last minute due to her deciding she wanted to go out with her friendsCandace P*** was scheduled to work the evening shift. I did not receive notification that the HHA did not show until I spoke to *** on Monday March 28, When *** called me very upset and nasty stating that she did not receive a HHA on Saturday she went on to say that she sent her mother to the casino with her Uncle because she had plans to go out*** did not allow me to speak when I attempted she cut me off and she went on to say that she was contacting the Revdex.com and reporting Noor and hung upI made contact with her CM with United Health Care Asia F* at that time Asia informed me that she had just got off the phone with Kym at PassportKym told Asia that *** called her screaming as well was very disrespectful and hung up on herAsia stated that *** was on her list to call her backI informed her of the hours that *** requested for Saturday and that the HHA that was scheduled did not show, at that time Asia informed me that we can not provide those hours due to the patient's insurance they do not accomadate sitter hoursThat those hours are for PCS (persona care services) onlyShe stated that the hours are to be provided as they were originally scheduledAsia stated they will look for another providerShardazzia M*** was Ms*** HHA since we accepted the referral*** has had supervisory visits where she stated everything was fine with Shar that she was a great HHAAsia F* the CM has met with Shar and even referred her for another one of her cases because she was so goodThis is the first time that *** has ever stated anything bad about Noor and I speak with her all the timeFrom when her home was robbed when she was seeking employment etc. Ms*** has ***'s disease and was having falls in her home but no falls was reported during the HHA time frame all falls was documented during the times that she was alone at home with ***Due to the many falls Ms*** was placed in a Adult day care facility that Noor assisted *** with getting her mother into. Where no falls have been reported and the patient has not been hospitalized for the falls like she had been in the past while being at home with the daughterNoor Home Health Care provides outstanding care to our patientsIt is unfortunate that Ms*** filed this complaint due to her not being able to go outWe do not bill for any service that is not rendered. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My mother's medical condition is confidential, as you can see, Noor Home Health care freely discloses everything about their clients. My mom has not been falling as frequently due to the fact that her medications changed and she's been receiving physical therapy at the day centerNoor had no part in my mother's less frequent fallsI thank her therapists and doctors for that. As far as being the sole caretaker in the home, I do need a break at least once a weekIf I have plans and I am told that someone will be able to do the caretaking for my mom during specified hoursI expect that that will happen. I did get to go out that day contrary what W*** said in her replyIt's just the unprofessional manner in how she handled this situation which lead me to get rid of her completelyThe devil is a liar and one monkey will never stop the show, regardless how hard they try.
