Review: on July 17th 2014 I was pulling off to get gas at this particular location. I noticed on the tall price pole that stands in front of the store the price for gasoline per gallon for Plus $3.89, however the prices on the gas pump itself were much higher it said $4.09 per gallon. when I came inside I asked the clerk which I believe to be the owner of the business why were the prices different? he told me that if I would just look on the pump there was a note there that's said that the prices on the pump were different from the pole because those were the prices for credit card payers. He said that once I pay with cash the price will be in fact $3.89 not $4.09. I apologized and said ok I understand now I hadn't read the note. I then asked for a pack of cigarettes and 20 dollars on my pump number. The clerk took my money and gave me the change. As he closed the drawer he asked me what was the gas I wanted. I told him I only ever use plus, because I don't want my engine to start knocking. He looked at me and said they were all out of plus and the only choice I had was regular or premium. There was no signs anywhere outside or inside stating they were all out of plus gas. When I asked for my money back the clerk refused. He knew which gas I wanted and didn't say anything to me until he had my money in the drawer. I had no choice but to pump the premium gas which was the most expensive! I feel ripped off, they didn't make anyone aware of this. The pump was free for anyone to pump so if they were all out of plus gas then what exactly was coming out of that pump??Desired Settlement: I think they should put a sign saying that they don't have the desired fuel. Instead they are advertising it and taking someone's money. I feel as though they are ripping people off and I'd hope to see them resolve this matter by placing specific signs on pump. I can't help but wonder how many others have overpaid without knowing. Those that do know can't get their money back once they've paod. This is totally unfair.
