Review: I purchased my [redacted] from Noor Motors in Spotsylvania, Va on 6/22/2013. On that day, I took physical possession of the vehicle with the understanding that I would have to return it to have some minor mechanical/interior work completed. At the time of purchase, I was given a signed IOU from Noor Motors and we discussed the repairs and when I would be able to bring the vehicle back for repairs. I agreed that since the repairs were somewhat minor, I would bring it back within a week to start the repair process.6/27I returned the vehicle to begin repair process[redacted] picked up my car, but no repairs had been started. I was told that this first appointment was to determine what work actually needed to be completed. Although disappointed that no work was done, **. [redacted] and [redacted] were polite and I had no major issue with waiting another week.July(Actual date not known) I returned the car to have the check engine light issue repairedJulyI picked up my car. The check engine light was off, but I was informed that it may not stay off because there may be another issue. At this time, I was also informed by [redacted] and [redacted] that they would not be fully repairing the check engine light because it was going to cost too much money. At the time, I accepted this as an open issue because there was still plenty of work to be done on the car and I didnt want to sour the relationship so early in the game. At the end of the day, I still had my signed IOU and if push came to shove I would force the issue at a later date.7/15I dropped off my car at Noor Motors to have the front interior door panels and interior dash/defrost area repaired. 7/19I was informed by [redacted] that I would need to retrieve my car from [redacted] in Stafford, VA. I was also informed by [redacted] that during the repairs, my windshield broke and they had replaced it with a new windshield. When I got to my car, the replacement windshield was NOT comparable to the original windshield, the rear view mirror was old and had damage. In addition, my rain and head light sensors no longer worked. I informed [redacted] that I was unhappy with the repairs and we set up a time for me to bring the car back to correct the issues. 8/5I drop off the car to have the rear view mirror, and sensors reconnected.8/7I picked up the car and I was still unhappy, because [redacted] simply glued the rear view mirror onto the same windshield so now I had 2 rear view mirror supports on my mirror. In addition, the rain and headlight sensors still didnt work.8/8I informed [redacted] that my rear view mirror actually fell off while I was driving.To date, none of the promised repairs have been completed. To satisfy this situation, the following needs to happen:Option 1 Noor Motors will complete all repairs as promised in the 6/22 promissory note. This includes a new and comparable windshield with professional rear view mirror installation.Option 2 Noor Motors can choose to pay [redacted] $500 to have the repairs completed by a professionalDesired Settlement: To date, none of the promised repairs have been completed. To satisfy this situation, the following needs to happen:Option 1 Noor Motors will complete all repairs as promised in the 6/22 promissory note. This includes a new and comparable windshield with professional rear view mirror installation.Option 2 Noor Motors can choose to pay [redacted] $500 to have the repairs completed by a professional

This is an update to Richmond Revdex.com complaint #[redacted]I visited the dealership on 11/23/2013. At that time, I was told that they had already spent too much money getting the car prepared for sale, but that someone would reach out to me for a resolution. I have left several voicemail messages and I even sent an email to give them 3 repair quotes. To date, I have not heard back from them.
