I bought what I thought was a brand new [redacted] from this business. When I went into the store the clerk told me the phone was brand new never been used and was very rude when I asked for a discount. He explained how he could not give me a discount because the phone was brand new. And because of that I paid full price for the phone and went home. Not even a month into having the phone the screen cracks while it's charging. Because the phone had a warranty with [redacted] in which I checked when I was in the store I took it into [redacted] for them to resolve my issue as it was not an accidental they examined the phone and informed me that my phone was refurbished and had third party parts. [redacted] then told me to go into the store and request my money back. I did so. When I entered the store I was very polite but the guy who sold me the phone became very rude and irate. So we argued back and forth. I told them I would call the cops and he got cocky and told me to do so. So I did I stepped out the shop to wait on the cops. This was about 8:45 on a Friday night. As me and my witness were waiting another employee began closing up the shop and within 20 minutes all the employees had left and closed an hour before they were supposed to because of me calling the cops. I've decided to take this business to small claims because I dished out a grand for what I thought was a brand we phone, I asked the employee to speak to the owner and he said no. All this could've been resolved if he would've gave me my money back and took his merchandise back.
