I contacted the company twice [redacted] 18 and [redacted] 23) and this morning in regards to returning their product and they have not gotten back to me. Customer emails were discovered being sent to spam folder. Customer was contacted & issued [redacted] number. Customer returned product and has been refunded in full.

I paid $18.00 for 2 day shipping and it arrived 4 days later. Product doesn't work. They won't return my calls or emails requesting complete refund.This product does not work. My ears have not gotten better at all and I have been taking it as instructed. They said there is a 100% money guarentee. However when I have called it does straight to voicemail. I've left several messages and not received a returned call. We have thousands of very happy customers who would beg to differ.RE: Shipping - Order was placed after 2:00PM CST Thursday (10-22). We clearly state in our FAQ and in policy that all orders placed after 2:00PM ship the following day. This order shipped Friday (10-23) and on the following Monday. As you know USPS does not deliver on Sundays. Regardless, we have refunded the customer's shipping cost as well.We recommend customer try and contact a company first in the future before writing derogatory remarks online about them. I waited a few weeks with no response. After my calls were never returned I then decided to contact the Revdex.com. Never once did I write anything negative on any website regarding their business other than the Revdex.com. The product did not work what so ever. The company did refund me but only after I took the measure of contacting the Revdex.com.
