and terms & conditions.  The customers orders were processed and shipped per normal with tracking.  The customer did not cancel per the terms and conditions made available in 6 different locations on the website and after purchase. We then made sure to reach out to the customer for his issues and we helped him with a partial refund. This has been resolved.
