I am filing this complaint at the request of my elderly mother. Following is her complaint.
On October 7, 2019 I ordered a 6 pack of CBD oil. It is for pain. Did not help. When ordered it said we would receive a full refund guarantee if not satisfied. On December 12, 2019 I sent back as it did not help with my pain management and asking for a refund, I have been calling every month since. Their response is always will be credited on my Visa card statement or will receive a check in 10 days. Neither has happened. No credit back to my Visa and no check in the mail. Last talked with them was April, 2020 and now they say my number on my Visa card didn't work, when it was the same number they originally charged for the product.
