I have an email telling me that my order was cancelled but my Credit card is still charged. What can I do to get my money back?
My purchase ID is ***, Cancellation date 8/10/2020
My Credit card is still charged. I did cancel my order.
Since my order was cancelled I want my credit card company to be notified that I do not owe the money.
Ordered a trial size of the Tech Brand Brain Booster; received it and took the whole bottle and it did not work as advertised so I did not want more.
Ordered a trial size of their product (advertised as a Ben Carson product) ordered in June for $6.94, received it and used the whole bottle. In July they charged my credit card for $89.94, which they said was the price od that bottle since I didn't cancel, I did not see anything about canceling. I talked to my credit card about a dispute and they checked and they said that in the small print it said you had to cancel within 14 days or you would be charged $89.94. In the first place they were using Ben Carson name to get you to order and then missrepresent the public.
Would like a refund and would like it not to happen to anyone else. they go by my name and email address and zip code.
