Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The term"Early Termination Fee" may not be the same terminology used by this company Directly under the Board of Directors signature on the letter sent by NOPEC states "You are receiving this notice today, because you have the right to opt-out of the NOPEC's Natural Gas Aggregation Program every two years without penalty." Penalty is the keyword So there is some type of fee for teminating a contract that a person may not be aware that they are entering. Why is NOPEC not accepting email's anymore as a method of opting out? Why can we not opt-out by phone?I received a statement from Judy G*** Executive Administrative Assistant October 5, 11:am that I was removed from any future NOPEC Mailings Is that not an agreement not to contact me? Did NOPEC not breech an agreement? DO NOT AGGREGATE AND DO NOT CONTACT
Regards,
