Review: On 3-11-15 I entered into a legal binding contract with Mr. [redacted] of Nor Cal Auto. I gave him $4,000 cash down towards the purchase of a vehicle. The Loan Company that took on the loan is [redacted] Incorporated. I had the truck I had always dreamed of. Mr. [redacted] assured me even with my low credit score he would be able to sale me a truck. He bragged about how he just got a vehicle loan approved for a guy who's an illegal alien with no social sec. number and no credit. I should have known at that point he is NOT trustworthy. My dream short lived! Mr. [redacted] and a family member of mine started having a dispute over a different loan. [redacted] says he is going to repo my truck if someone doesn't come up with money to cover my relatives loan. I said that has nothing to do with me or my loan so please leave me out of it. At one point I was in fear of him really taking my truck, so I told him I would try to help get some more money. One night tow truck driver shows up 3am, I call police & they read my contract says the bank is the legal owner so [redacted] can NOT take vehicle.Thought that was the end but on 3-27-15 he sent another driver who towed my truck before police could show up. To cover his as he called loan company and ask to purchase my loan back as a means of making him the owner. On 3/27 he stole my vehicle & was NOT the legal owner. After many tries I got ahold of him. He gave me false info as to location of my truck and personal items. He says he wants $3,900 for damages & storage fees before he will return my truck. On 4-10-15 I paid my first loan payment of $349.85 to [redacted] Inc. In hopes my truck would soon be return. On 4-23-15 Mr. [redacted] sold my vehicle and never returned my personal items. I continue to ask for my money to be refunded and he laughs you are NOT getting any money back. He says he used it to cover a different loan that my relative still owed to him that had nothing to do with me and says I owed storage fees ect..Desired Settlement: I would like to please have my money back. I gave him my entire income tax return. He is crazy! he has sent men to my home to put fear into me. What makes him think he has the right to purchase loans back when he is in a dispute with another over money, or due illegal repo, as a way to prove a point to a third party. I'm so tired of talking and getting no where with this any of this. I hope you can help me. I'm a single father raising a four year old daughter, NO vehicle and No money.

THis is in respond to the complaint. First and foremost the loan was approved for [redacted] and [redacted], brother(s) We do specialize in special financing and even with their credit challenges got them approved. We have several text message to provide which will be forwarded to Revdex.com to show that these con people are trying to obtain funds they are not entitled to as they did not put any money down and it was deferred, text messages will prove it. In addition we do not control who repo company people send to customer house for repo we run a legit business with tons of satisfied and honest customer. We cannot payback something we did not collect so therefore there is no validation to this outrageous complaint .......

I am rejecting this response because: I [redacted] reject the response from NorCal auto because it is all false information. I am NOT the first person they have done this to there has been others that I have spoken to. They are a fraudulent company that take advantage of good paying customers. I was cheated out of, not only my $4000 that I have receipts for, but my vehicle was stolen back from NorCal auto unlawfully. the person that called himself the owner of NorCal auto Goes by the name of [redacted].This person took my money and put it towards another vehicle which is illegal and never had my authorization or consent to do so. this person claiming to be the owner of NorCal auto stole my vehicle stole my money and sold the truck to another person.I would never recommend this company to anybody they should be shut down and investigated I have all paperwork necessary to prove their guilt. this company has changed their name multiple times in the past several years because they are not doing business properly I would like to know the owner's name on the business license of NorCal auto if you could please I greatly appreciate it to the Revdex.com. thanks again [redacted]
